The building is the famous taiwan hotel Yuan-Shan(www.grand-hotel.org/newsite/html/c/cindex.htm
). The moon was shifted because the nightshots is slow and the pano is large. There's bike-road in each side of the river as many people spend their weekends pedalling wheels.
