Description

I had lost the location of this item of interest last year, but I have found it again
and it still looks as striking as an item in the middle of this image that has a canny resemblance to a piece
of driftwood that has been washed up on this once upon a time lake shoreline. It has a straight edge, is much lighter than the surrounding material
has a slight curvature and narrowing away from the
almost planed edge and has visible knotting areas where branch's would of been,
and it looks to be hovering above the surface as if very light! If this is stone then its a
dead ringer for wood and there's a larger item to its left that has a cross section like a thick piece of fossilised tree section?

We have to engage Mars surface exploration with robotics that can handle objects, clean them, excavate sites, and interact with the immediate environment autonomously

The green leaf looks very realistic too :)

The whole image looks like a beach side complete with shellfish of sorts and driftwood, could this of been the edge of the ancient lake as its in the right spot!
