This highly detailed panorama captures all three river valleys of the Pittsburgh region, the Monongahela (right), Allegheny (center) and the Ohio (left), as well as The Golden Triangle. It was taken by Richard Palmer, from the 25th floor rooftop of the Trimont building on Mt. Washington as part of the Pittsburgh Gigapanorama project, along with Paul Heckbert and David Bear. Check out the snapshot icon in the lower left corner of the image. You can also register for free and take your own close-up snapshots for other visitors to enjoy.
