Olivinia was in this location from the 1880s until prohibition. The old vineyard was dry farmed (without irrigation) and thus produced very flavorful grapes. This won a first place award in Paris in the 1880s. Modern methods now often revisit some of these older techniques ans some very deep flavors are present in the local reds and late harvest wines.

Sycamore Grove has a great trail that tuns parrallel to a year around creek that is great for - viewing the colorful trees beyond the vines, the sycamores,
