Fo the four of us to Chatsworth House, maybe we
could gain access to the Crown helping us with
subsidies, or just loaning us a four-passenger bus
having a Crown credit card just to pay for fuel.
If so, I will pick-up the food tabs.

The Jag costs roughly 25 pence per mile in fuel -
that's about 40 US cents.

Maybe we could borrow a train ... all we need to
do is to get to Chesterfield, and then later, drop
the train off at the York Train Museum ... maybe
they would even give us a free medal considering
all the medals they have in the bookstore :)

It would get us there in style and comfort but the
figures will indeed be worse - a lot worse because
the Jag is not designed for fuel efficiency and of
course petrol is very much more expensive over

Another question(s) about the Jaguar ... can it
get us to Chatsworth House? How much is petrol per
liter? What distance is there between Bath and
Chatsworth? What units do you use for distance
now? I am trying to determine the cost of fuel for
the trip. I get about 20-25 cents per mile, but I
expect your numbers may be worse than mine.
