Description

This panorama was taken from Grandvaux Switzerland and over looks Lake Geneva.

The hills on the left are the Lavaux vineyard terraces that are a UNESCO Hertigage Site. These South facing vineyard make some of the best Swiss wines.

Across from Lake Geneva are the French Alps or the right and the SwissAlps on the left. On a clear day you can see the Grand Combin (4,314m or 14,154 ft) that marks the border with Italy.
