At 201 feet, the Roe River in Great Falls, Montana, was the last river to be recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the shortest in the world.

The larger river in the background is the mighty Missouri. The spring on the left is the source of the tiny Roe, and this photo shows its entire length. Focus and exposure issues precluded me from showing more of the river's middle stretch, but you can clearly see the beginning and the end.
