Description

Looking down the Synchnant Pass, Conwy from Echo Rock.

I think this shows quite well the issues in trying to shoot large panoramic images at dusk.

1. By the time I had completed the top row and gone back to the bottom one, the light had dropped considerably.

2. Shooting 5 second images when its windy, even on a stabilised tripod can induce enough noise into the image to cause real problems when stitching.

Still. I Like it :-)

Thanks, Tom. Will try that. Normally only shoot day or night, and this dusk attempt threw me completely.

Try this: shoot in rows, and increase exposure 1/3 stop between at the end of each row.
