Pleasant weather brought people out in droves Friday to the Grand Illumination at the James Center in Richmond. The event took place Friday evening, November 30, 2012.
This image consists of 24 images (4 rows of 6 colums) shot with a Canon 5D MarkII and a 50mm lens. It took about 7 minutes to capture the images and another 45 minutes to process them for printing in the Richmond Times-Dispatch. This GigaPan file, though, is nearly 10' by 5' at 240dpi and took nearly an hour an a half to process.
