Venetian Causeway Bridge #3 by Robert Holmes

Venetian Causeway Bridge. This is my second Panorama of this Scene, taken on a slightly overcast day and therefore the lighting in this picture is not quite as good as the previous image ( www.gigapan.com/gigapans/91518 ). This Panorama, however, was shot using the new Nikon D800 camera with its 36 megapixel images and resulted in a significant pickup in resolution, from 1.75 to 2.49 GigaPixels.
This Panorama would make a magnificent Wall Mural. It measures 23326 pixels high by 106598 pixels wide. Therefore, it may be printed at any size from small allthe way up to 27 ft. high by 123 ft. long. For further information contact bob@mbholmes.com.

Equipment:
This gigapan was photographed with a Nikon D-800 Camera using a Nikon 28-300mm lens set to 300mm, mounted on a Gigapan Epic-Pro.
My normal settings for a bright sunny day are F:16, Shutter @ 1/250 sec. & ISO 200 but since today was overcast I reduced the Aperture setting to F:11.
