Up above Frankfurt, the Feldberg keeps watch over the Taunus forest.
This is a non-Gigapan panorama (I had the Gigapan with me, but had battery problems!) that captures one of the last sunny days of early fall nicely. Time was fairly early morning, around 8 AM or so.
This is actually the second time I've processed this. This is a 30 image mosaic: I actually shot a 50 image mosaic, but using all 50 images - with considerable overlap - resulted in a very distorted stitched image.
No lens info was recorded, but I shot using the kit 40-150mm lens, manual exposure and manual focus. Focal length was around 100mm (200mm 35mm equivalent)
