I use this image to test a lot of variables in photography and stitching. Things such as lens vignette corrections as seen in the smooth sky, and matching details with the strong verticals adjacent to smooth values with no details (sky). This example shows some of the artifacts.

Could you make some snap shots of the artifacts? I just bought a SX110 and haven't use it yet. Also, what is your setting for the gigapan arm .... i used -5? I'm reading the SX110 manual now, but can't figure how do "automatic exposure" and Fixed Focus lock. Thank! Nice detail.
