The Mill City Ruin is a great museum documenting the milling heydays of Minneapolis, in the ruins of Mill A, which was destroyed by fire in the 1960's. It's a popular venue for weddings too.
One of the most interesting features is the damage that the fire did to the steel structure. The temperatures that must have occured to bend these beams must have been immense.
