A 4x17 panorama looking west from the Capital Hill area of Seattle. Actual resolution is 26769 x 5074 pixels, or 135.8 MP in a 275 MB TIFF file. This image would print at 75" x 14" @ 360 dpi.

Sigma SD14, Pentax SMC Takumar 135/2.5 (M42), ISO 100, 1/640 @ f/8, using the Gigapan robotic pano head and stitched using Gigapan Stitcher.
