Our team went to jaipur for shooting the gigapixel image of Jaipur city from Nahargadh fort but due to heat haze we could not shoot it. After that we went to Amer fort and took this shot from outside.

We used Gigapan Epic Pro and Canon 60D with canon 300mm lens.

Its a panoramic view made up of 595 Images which are shot in duration of 48 min.
There was too much heat haze at that time. In post processin we used DxO optic pro for corrections and then APG to stitch the images.
Images are processed on DELL precision M 4600 mobile work station (i7 16gb Ram 2.4 ghz).
It took 45 mins to render the image. Size of the PSB file was 26 GB.

Our Next Gigapixel will be Mumbai's Cityscape.
We need your help for that.

We are looking for a nice location in south mumbai from where most of the city can be seen.
So if you have such nice roof top kindly mail us on hello@pixeldo.com Will open in a new tab or window and be the part of the project.

Nice shot! I look forward to seeing more as India is very much under-represented at gigapan.com. (PS please geocode!)
