We took a road off Launch Road leading the cost of the Hudson Bay. Individual projects are on their way and groups are busy setting up transects, measuring the area of ponds, and looking for ants. The tide is out and you can see the Ithaca (a ship which ran aground September 14, 1960) of in the distance. On the beach there were polar bear tracks, and the rocks by the intertidal zone contain many fossilized brachiopods.
