This GigaPan was taken with an Olympus e510 (custom bracket) and the 40-150mm kit lens set at 100 (200mm equivalent). This was taken at almost peak foliage color. The green is evergreen trees and oak that turns dirty brown later.

Thanks, apparently you need to be a beta program member to access the forum. I guess I'll have to wait until my unit arrives, hopefully next week!

Marty, I put photos of my bracket at the GigaPan forum at forum.gigapan.org/viewtopic.php?f=6 &t=311 titled "Olympus e510 with 40-150 (80-300 equiv)kit lens"

dmpease, I too would like to see your e510 bracket as I have ordered an imager unit and intend to use an e510 or e520. I cannot seem to find the forum you reference. Could you please post a link or further instructions? Thanks! Marty

I've added photos of my Olympus e510 bracket on the Digital Cameras on GigaPan forum. The e510 works fully extended to 150mm (300mm equiv) with full swing and no counter balance.

Da-Yuan Tung, Yes, we were there last Sunday, 12-Oct-2008. I'm in the process of uploading 2 more at Quabbin, 1 at the Enfield Lookout, and one from the tower. I've got to pay more attention to setting auto-exposure-lock. This one took some balance tweaking of the sky shots.
