A GigaPan photo taken during the running of the Queen's Plate at Woodbine June 24, 2012. This composite image is comprised of 261 individual images taken in in a grid of 29 columns wide by 9 rows deep over a period of about 25 minutes. The stitching "errors" are typically a result of a person or object moving where two or more photos are seamed by the time the camera has made a subsequent pass. At the lower left the RCMP Honor guard appear minutes prior to post time. At the upper right is where the camera finished, about 25 minutes later. GigaPan by Chris So / The Toronto Star
