This is the main view point of Stavanger. It is located on the highest point called Ullandhaug, it's also an old meeting place for the Viking's with old stonerings with inscriptions. Check other Gigapan of the rings.
This tower is used for TV and tele communication and i just notised that there also is a cafe nowadays.
