When I came upon this scene its irony reminded me of the challenge facing us all : the need for a secure space in which to work and live. Artists in particular have difficulty finding and holding onto a secure space at an affordable price. This landscape depicting the "secure space" storage unit and a billboard advertising "cottages luxueux" set against the backdrop of a banal suburban wasteland brings to mind the reality of many artists who are repeatedly forced to leave their homes and studios as a result of urban development.
