- Description
-
At the end of a short trail from the North Rim Lodge along a narrow ridge line is this viewpoint. It is a small promontory with steep cliffs on all sides. Below, the deep crease of the Bright Angel Fault points directly across to where the Bright Angel Trail climbs up to the Grand Canyon Village on the South Rim. The North Kaibab Trail follows this fault line down to the Colorado River.
