Skyline of the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
This is my first Gigapixel image. It consists of 1060 photos (53 columns and 20 rows), taken with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II and an EF 75-300mm f/4 - f/5.6 lens (zoomed at 300mm). Exposure settings were 1/80 seconds at f/16 in RAW. I also used a Nodal Ninja 5 and took the pictures manually (no robot). I must say that this was an arduous experience given that there are no detent rings with enough precision to measure 2.5 degrees; therefore, I had to eyeball the angle using tick marks. The capture took about an hour and a half. I will definitely think twice before doing this again without the robot!

Very nice, especially since done manually. Lot of guts to do half ticks on the Ninja. One slip and you'd be missing something. I guess you could go back in this situation and fill it in. Exposure came out great in my opinion. Explore score should be through the roof on this one!

This is terrific. There are so many rooftop gardens, and all of them are hidden from below.
