This is just one of many skyline images of Raleigh North Carolina, but highlights the new RBC Bank Building in the upper left corner, and the new Convention Center with the "shimmer wall" made up of hundreds of tiles that move in the wind to cause the large oak tree to appear as though it is shimmering.
