Calgary, Alberta, Canada is home to 1.2 million people, the largest population of people in the Foothills in Canada. The Bow River is seen here running beside downtown. The shots were taken with a 300mm f/4 nikkor lens on a Nikon D700 (FX) camera on the 14th Street bridge. It was an incredibly windy day, so I had to boost my ISO and shutter speed to prevent any motion from blurring. That lens definitely tests the weight limit of the gigapan pro ...
