Hi Kevin, Thank you for your response. Inasmuch as your image is 0.19 gigapixels, I assume that you shot this as a gigapan with probably 4-5 vertical and 4-5 horizontal images. Then that you repeated this gigapan several times with different focus settings. Then did you process each gigapan and then merge each one to put everything in sharp focus or did you merge each image for focus and then assemble the merged images? Or did you do something entirely different? It does sound like a pain but well worth the effort. I shoot with a Nikon D-800 with 36Mp so I should be able to do something similar or do you think not? I was also impressed with your website and that you are finding a market for your gigapans. Thanks & Best Regards Robert Holmes

Thanks Robert. I use a Rollei X-Act2 digital view camera, Schneider APO Digitar 180mm lens, and this shot was taken with the Leaf Aptus 75s back though I have upgraded to the Leaf Aptus II 12R. This is a composite with multiple shots and the focus stack was completed, then the background removed by hand and replaced with a black layer. It is a big pain but the results are worth it! Dear Kevin, This is a beautiful, expertly done image. Would you tell me how you got enough depth of field to keep all parts of the plant in sharp focus? Also, what camera, lens & settings were you using? Thank You and Congratulations on your work. Robert Holmes
