This image is of the North Shore of the Burrard Inlet showing the City of North Vancouver, Lonsdale quay and most of the north shore shipping terminals and ship building facilities. The backdrop is the north Shore Mountains, namely Cypress Mountain, Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour. Lonsdale avenue runs from the quay in the middies of the image northwards through the cluster of high rise buildings.
About the image: Taken with a Canon 50D, EF 400 F5.6 and processed via PTgui and CS6. 357 (7 x 51) images. It is approximately 3 kilometers from Lonsdale quay to the convention center.
