Description

There's a whole course in the stratigraphy of the Colorado Plateau in view from here. Hite marina on Lake Powell is just across the Colorado River. Because of the precipitous drop I didn't find it necessary to get any closer to the edge. Nevertheless, it's a commanding viewpoint - I only wish I had a sunny day to shoot it.
