- Description

This old cabin sits by the road into Wells Gray Park about 20 km north of Clearwater, BC. Autumn colors were at their optimum. I'm also trying to find some history about this cabin as it was built by one of the early pioneers in this area.
Using a relatively long focal length I locked the focus on the corner of the cabin so the background is in relatively soft focus with a shallow depth of field.

If you want to know more about the history of the cabin at Moul Falls, contact Roland Neave at Wells Gray Tours, 1-800-667-9552. He has written a great historical book about Exploring Wells Gray Park and knows all or most of the history of the pioneers here. It's a great photo you took.

Great shot! Romantic memories of my last Canada trip coming up in me. Is this bear safe?
