Can't Register; No Stitch?

I recently bought an Epic 100, but the serial number is not recognized when I try to register it. I did buy the hardware from Amazon, so could that be the issue? It still comes with the pamphlet prompting me to register to receive a copy of Stitch, and so far Customer Service hasn’t responded to my questions. Has this happened to anyone else?

Same boat here. It’s been 1 week with no respond from GigaPan. Are they all busy with flight MH370’s searching?

The customer service finally get back to me for not only the Stitch software, but the Stitch Efx. Thank you!
