I installed the trial version of GigaPan Stitch and when I clicked to open the program my computer froze. How do I uninstall this program because it does not appear in add/remove programs? I am using XP Pro 32 bit. Thank you. Bonnie |

I believe you got help from Alicia through other channels a couple weeks ago. I’ll summarize our conclusions: it sounds like the software never finished installing, otherwise it would have appeared in the Add/Remove Programs list. In such a rare circumstance, the closest thing to uninstalling is to find the GigaPan app in the Program Files folder, and drop it in the trash. -Paul |
