I suggest you get the latest version of the uploader, Upload, it’s free. Go to http://gigapan.com under SUPPORT click on DOWNLOADS and follow the “download the uploader” link. The new Upload is faster, has fewer bugs, and accepts more file formats (e.g. PSB, PSD, KRO) than the previous Uploader. |

I’m still unable to upload tiff files that I previously exported from the gigapan stitcher software. I am using the latest version of the uploader (1.2.0087)and I get this message, “Upload aborted: Error opening image D: file location”. Do I need to have the image in a specific location? |
