Dark and light lines

I’ve got some interesting problem. I did these panoramas:

There are many dark “lines” and I don’t know why. In my panorama I saw it the first time. I haven’t got Gigapan Epic, so I have to use Autpano and normal tripod. Thanx Michal

Very likely lens vignette. This can be corrected using batch lens correction in Photoshop prior to stitching. I believe that it can be corrected in AutoPano Giga as well, but both rely on the particular lens/focal length/camera combination having a profile in the Adobe Lens Profile database.

Same lens, same camera, but with F/8. Previus images were with the minimal F/5,6.
