INTRODUCTION TO COMPETITIONS

To participate in Gigapan competitions, you must be logged in to your Gigapan account to rate & vote for gigapans or enter your own. Not a member? Sign up today!

• How to Enter & Vote
  1. Scroll down to view gigapan competitions open for voting. To vote, choose an available competition.
  2. Rate the gigapans on a scale from 1-5 stars by clicking the grey stars beneath the specific image. Note: If you clicked on the gigapan to use the viewer tool, you will need to go back a page to access the voting stars.
  3. Once you have selected any number of rating stars, a voting summary will appear on the page, showing how that image is currently performing in the competition (number of votes and average ranking).
  4. Continue to browse competition entries – Rate as many gigapans as you like. There is no limit to the images you can rate. Winners will be selected based on highest overall average ranking.
• How to Enter a Competition
  1. Scroll down to view open gigapan competitions. Enter your gigapan by choosing an available competition.
  2. Click the "Enter a gigapan in this competition" button.
  3. You’ll be directed to a list page of your uploaded gigapans.
  4. Select the gigapan you wish enter by clicking the "add" button underneath the image.
  5. Once you’ve submitted your entry, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page summarizing your submission. From here, you may choose to edit your entry.

  Competitions are open to all registered members of the Gigapan community. Entrants may submit one gigapan per entry. View Gigapan Policies.
